Sales and Marketing Plan - Traditional Marketing is not obtained by contacting customers

Have you tried traditional marketing to increase sales? If I can almost guarantee you that you have nothing to show for it. Traditional marketing can work for large companies like Coca-Cola and McDonalds because they have the dollars continually blast with their message, but does not work for you. Do not waste your time and money between traditional marketing and sales and marketing plan.

You need a sales and marketing plan that is specific for the small business owner / professional service. Traditional marketing is too vague and it's all about you and branding. News flash, nobody cares about you or your brand, and they never will. Your potential customers are interested only in themselves and their needs. You need to know their message is for them, who understand their needs, and to have a solution to the problem that really wants to go away.

Whatever you include in the sales and marketing plan must have a call to action. No call to action produces no action and this means that your money is wasted. A call to action is a way to correct low risk for people who are communicating with to reach out to you. A good deed is almost never called, I call for an appointment. People just do not call you because you do not know, like you or trust you again.

In your sales and marketing plan you want to think about how you can give first. Traditional marketing gives almost never before. There are two advantages to the philosophy of giving first. One is that it allows to identify the best prospects. Another advantage occurs because when someone gives something to us before we have a tendency to want to reciprocate the kindness extended to us.

Improve your sales and marketing plan, designing a specific plan for you. Ensure that the plan does not focus on companies that we represent. Focus on you the person because people do business with people, not corporations. Then, build a plan that communicates a specific message to a specific group of people with the opportunity for them to get something that would be really useful for them while they're getting closer to having a relationship with you is that ultimately, in business .......
