Study Skills What Use?
Hello! I hope things are going better than you what you want! If not now propose to you something for you to start encaminarte to Success and productivity without stress!
I know you're a person with special circumstances and reality. Maybe you're starting a college or already carry several semesters in which you get a job has touched economically help stop the studies. If you happen to live on past experience, believe me, I admire you very much, if not, mind you like to seize this opportunity and learn how to manage study time productively.
The student life is always full of occupations and things to be done. If you do and you let yourself distracted or busy with other things "important" at the end of the week backlog not only have but also the work of the next week you start to remember you're not up with your homework, which not manage your time. Now I propose an exercise that, if you do, change your week, time management and study how it ends. Throw in addition to the positive consequences for your life!
Exercise effectively controls your week!
Today you will do things a different way: it's Monday and your hands are getting the satisfaction you feel the following Friday. Now you decide if you feel a great joy for goals met, or will be a week in your story.
To do this exercise of NLP well, you have to do the following:
Do not repeat the cycle of self-deception, already!
• In 5 minutes writing things down on paper what you would like to make lists this week.
• For example, what work you deliver, what people will like to visit, who would like to call, say hello, Backlog, things end, exit with children / partner, etc..
• with the final list, organize a schedule according to what your criterion is more urgent each day (one better than you know what you need).
• Be realistic in the time to rank what you do.
• Write in each earring why you want to finish it.
Each day will be distributed according to your tasks, so you do not overwhelm the end of the day.
