Stress Show Up Where?
Sues acne stress or stress cause acne? Here, another of those who came first the chicken or the egg.
The way in which we can observe is that stress causes acne can be an indicator of what's happening in your body. Stress can stimulate the adrenal glands, which in turn produces certain hormones that can lead to formation of acne. When stress affects your body has been shown to reduce the body's ability to heal and the first shot because this is the immune system and the second is the effect on acne.
